About the Event

Are you struggling to engage your learners? Need simple strategies for working with students with ADHD online? Need to dive deeper into teaching with OG/Multi-Sensory methods? This interactive, 2-hour workshop will provide you with simple solutions to these struggles and more!

Join Michelle Breitenbach, certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner, who will help you plan and set up your virtual environment for greater success with your students. She will address technology troubles and alternate materials for teaching virtually. You will also learn fun ways to incorporate movement into your lessons.

Through direct instruction, active engagement, and visuals, you will walk away with a toolbox of strategies, resources, and time-saving techniques that will empower you to connect more effectively with your students. Keep students focused with the techniques learned through this interactive workshop!

This workshop is for you if:

·  You want all the elements of reading & spelling in an OG/multi-sensory way explained

·  You want to know how to connect with your students online

·  You need help transitioning between activities

·  You don’t have a “Plan B” when things just don’t go right

·  You want resources that actually can make a difference

Michelle Breitenbach supports teachers through workshops focused on improving engagement and motivating students through movement all while maintaining multi-sensory methods. Michelle holds a dual master’s degree in Teaching Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8) and Elementary Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.  She is also a certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner who has taught online for the past two years. Michelle wants to help teachers succeed by providing training and support to reading teachers. She believes that all kids with special needs deserve a qualified teacher regardless of where they live.
